Glenda Roland

Glenda "Vicki" Roland, age 68, of Campbell, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at home. Vicki was born August 7, 1948 in Corning, NY to the late Glenn and Genevieve (Tucker) Cain. 

She graduated from Corning-Painted Post East High School in 1967 and later married Forrest "Gus" Roland on Aug. 5, 1985.

Vicki retired from Corning Incorporated after many years of service in the Steuben Division. She loved shopping and going to the casino.

Vicki is survived by her nieces, Alyce Stocum of Largo, FL and Kara (Kevin) Dietz of Glen Arm, MD; nephews, Glen (Anna) Stocum, Kenneth Stocum, both of Largo, FL; Trevor (Michelle Flannigan) Gullo of Watkins Glen, NY; Eric Gullo of Caton, NY; Walter (Ann) Levantovich of Wethersfield, CT and Matthew (Tara) Levantovich of Fredrick, MD; sisters-in-law, Paula (Sam) Gullo of Painted Post, NY and Susan (Donald) Levantovich of Bath, NY; brother-in-law, Dean (Deborah) Roland of Baltimore, MD. Vicki also has several great nieces and nephews and one great-great niece. Vicki had her special friends that loved and watched over her: Cheree, Anita, George and Carolyn and her loving cat, Mario.

She is predeceased by her husband Gus and her sister Alice S. Stocum.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 30 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm with a memorial service immediately following at 7:00 pm at Haughey Funeral Home, Inc., 216 East First Street, Corning with Rev. Troy Preston officiating.
