Hi Pat, Thanks for sharing all those memories. It brought back many of my own from Kent Phillips, Northside Jr. High, and East. I missed the frogs in the salad at Kent P though! Thank goodness. My husband and I have lived in Portland Oregon for 25 years and love it. Our 2 sons live a few miles away as do our 2 grand children. Corning was a wonderful place to grow up.
Cheers, Vicki Jenkins Hersen

Hi Ann. Great to see your update on the class website. I have very fond memories of your mom. I did an internship with her the Summer between my junior and senior year at the University of New Hampshire. The internship was a requirement for my BA in Social Work. Your mom was a wonderful mentor and I gained a lot of practical experience. I worked for 41 years in the non profit field and focused on community organization and group work.
Thanks Bill for sharing that wonderful history of Corning businesses and people on the Memories page. I remember going to Tarantelli's after the Summer Theater performances. One time Eva Marie Saint had played in "A Long Day's Journey into Night". (1970) Roger Ochs was at the bar along with a number of us and we were having fun and Eva Marie Saints husband told us to pipe it down as she needed some quiet.
Corning was a great place in which to grow up.
Hi everyone. Thanks Pat for the reminder to update our profiles! My husband,Michel and I have been busy travelling to many National Parks in AZ,NM and we just returned from visiting 5 National Parks in the Canadian Rockies. Great hikes and scenery. We are taking our grand daughter to Yellowstone the end of August for her 10th birthday.
I enjoy reading everyone's news. I keep in touch and have seen Maureen Brown and Donna Gustina '66 and Barb Condon '66 in the past year.
